Service Overview

We provide facilitation services for procurement of e-stamp papers and related documentation support. We act as an intermediary between the user and authorized government portals.

User Responsibility

• The user must provide accurate and complete details while placing an order.
• Any incorrect information submitted may result in delay, rejection, or invalidation of the e-stamp.
• The user is solely responsible for verifying the details before final submission.

Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance for processing the e-stamp request.
• The charges include stamp duty (as applicable) and service fees.
• Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where the transaction fails due to technical issues from our end.

Delivery of E-Stamp

• E-stamp papers will be delivered digitally via email/WhatsApp or made available for download.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on government portal processing and working hours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once the e-stamp has been generated.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed in cases of:

• Failed transactions
• Duplicate payments

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

Legal Validity

E-stamp papers issued are legally valid as per the applicable state government regulations.
We are not responsible for rejection of documents due to incorrect usage, insufficient stamp value, or legal discrepancies.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or legal issues arising from:

• oIncorrect information provided by the user
• Delay or failure due to government systems
• oMisuse of the e-stamp document

Privacy Policy

User information is kept confidential and used only for processing the service.
We do not share personal data with third parties except as required for service completion or by law.

Service Availability

Services are subject to availability of government e-stamping systems.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
