At E-Stamp Paper Service, we strive to provide a seamless experience. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read the following information carefully.
Cancellation Policy
Once an e-stamp paper is successfully generated, it cannot be cancelled, as it is issued by the authorized government system and is legally valid.
Orders can only be cancelled before processing or generation of the e-stamp paper.
To request cancellation, users must contact our support team immediately with order details.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be applicable only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the user.
- Transaction failed but amount debited.
- Service not delivered due to technical error from our side.
No refund will be provided once the e-stamp certificate is generated and delivered.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment gateway.
Required Information for Refund Request
Users must provide the following details:
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Date of transaction
- Payment proof (if available)
- Reason for refund reques
